He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leroy McDowell, Sr. and Emma Jean Hill McDowell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Progressive Funeral Home (4235 St. Mary's Road, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
