We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2024, at the age of 80, Elizabeth Woods of Columbus, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Elizabeth may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Sanders Lyda and Charles Edward Lyda; and her daughters, Tiffany Ann Woods and Stephanie Anne Woods. She is survived by: her husband Harold Richard Woods, Sr. of Columbus, GA; her children, Wendy Wages (Eric) of Shiloh, GA and Harold Richard Woods, Jr. (Stephanie) of Fortson, GA; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Wages and Hal Woods.
