She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Powell and Harold Powell; her husband Kenneth Jacobs; her brother Jerry Powell; and her niece Crystal Wright.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy Powell, Johnny Powell and Cathy Wright (Bryan); her children, Heather Barcus and Kenneth Jacobs Jr. (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Michelle Lott (Justin), Charles Barcus (Hayley), Cody Barcus, Chris Barcus, Ashley Jacobs and Erica Bates (Caleb).
