He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Fowler and Mancil Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Margie Fowler; his daughters, Tracey L. Yancey (Dale) and Elice Fowler McLendon (Billy); his grandchildren, Roger Yancey (Chelsey), Phillip Yancey, Emily McLendon Walker (Ryan) and Seth McLendon; and his great grandchildren, Lillian and Tripp Yancey.
