He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Byron and Martha Hiner (Deerin); and his sister Dianne Marie Hiner. He is survived by: his brother Michael Hiner (Beatrice) of Cataula, GA; his niece Lindsay Hiner; and his nephew Shawn Hiner (Kumari).

Memorial contributions may be made to Center Christian Church in memory of David.
