He was predeceased by: his parents, Gust Loupas and Carmen Romo Loupas; and his wife Wanida Sae Lee Loupas. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Loupas of Atlanta, GA and Kim Loupas of Tsukuba; and his brother Michael Loupas.
