Jones of Columbus, Georgia, born in Cuthbert, Georgia, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zebertte Jones (Man) and Mexcie Benn Jones; and her siblings, Annie W. Jones-Byers, James H. Jones and George E. Jones.

She is survived by: her sons, James Edward Jones (Katrina), Theron D. Jones, I and Christopher B. Jones; her siblings, Wendall Jones (Pamela) of Coleman, GA, Willie J. Jones (Elizabeth) of Rochester, NY and Rita Jones-Burke (Steven) of Springfield, MA; her grandchildren, Theron D. Jones, II of Springfield, Camesha Jones and Camry Jones; her cousin John Nunnally of Atlanta, GA.; and her pet Toto. She is also survived by relatives including nieces, nephews.
