She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Chance and Doris Chance; and her sister Mandy Bowling. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Jo O'Pry (Kenny); her grandson Brannon Odell O'Pry (Abi); her great grandchild Ann Collins O'Pry; her sister Jessie Mitchell (Ralph); and her nieces, Paige Forsyth (Billy), Wendy Horne (Tim) and Audra Wright (Scott). She is also survived by six great-nieces and great-nephews.
