She is survived by: her caregiver Southern Union; her child Auburn; her brothers, J. T. Lewis, Earl Lewis and Thomas "Buddy" Lewis; her brothers-in-law, Lewie Taylor and Richard Williams; her children, Jacquelyn George (Jared) of Columbus, GA. and Adrian Sipple Jr. (Dawn) of Hamilton, GA.; her grandsons, Morgan Springer (Hannah) of Cataula and Sgt. Gage Sipple; her great grandchildren, Anna Grace Springer, Maylee Rae Springer and Fischer Morgan Springer of Cataula, GA.; her siblings, Annette Taylor, Erma Williams, Bevery Davis (Glynn) of Dothan, AL, Sonia Long (Roger) of Webb, AL. and Bobby Lewis of Dothan; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Lewis of Montgomery, AL., Betty Lewis of Dothan, AL. and Patty Lewis.
