It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Anderson Houpt of Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2024, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Dr. Jeffrey Lyle Houpt, Carlton Reed Shaw, George Culver Trussell and Carl David Watson. He is survived by: his father Brian Houpt; his brothers, Henry Houpt of Columbus, GA and John Carlton Houpt (Lauren) of Denver, CO.; his grandparents, Corinne Houpt of Chapel Hill, NC, Cilla Loyacono (Rush) of Pine Mountain, GA, Carol Muratore of Apopka, FL and Mary Boyd Trussell of Columbus, GA.; his girlfriend Rossana Bedoya; and also Drs.
