He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phillips and Connie Phillips; and his grandparents, Catherine Phillips and Louis Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Chancelor Phillips (Chloe) and Blake Phillips; and his brother Troy Phillips (Anita).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mowell Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Peachtree City (200 Robinson Rd, Peachtree City, GA 30269). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
