She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Monroe Smith of Columbus, Georgia; her children, Dee Ann Smith Anthony of Columbus, Georgia and James "Allen" Smith (Christy) of Twain, California; her grandchildren, Autum Leslie Miller Haslam (Duke), Alyssa Ann Anthony, Chase Claire Anthony, Paige Annabelle Crespo, Madison Mary Crespo, Bailey Lynn Crespo, Faith Ayleen Smith, Allen "Jagger" Smith and Ethan Michael Crespo; and her great grandchild Eliana Rose Haslam.
