She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Elton Scott and Dessie Thomas Scott; and her husband Ernest C. Welch, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Underwood, Jerome Welch, Marty Welch and Steve Welch. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
