He is survived by: his children, Alisa Huguley, Sherece McLaurin, Stephanie Montgomery (Pierce) and Lisa Lynn Upshaw Gooding (Torrrey); his siblings, Gennie Powell, Abraham Powell (Patty Joe), Yvonne Collins, Diane Powell and Franklin Powell; and his grandchildren, Ka'Lonie Huguley, Zayden Huguley, Timothy McLaurin, Coryn Montgomery, Jordyn Montgomery, Michelle Montgomery, Pierce Montgomery, Jr., T'Le Upshaw and Daylyn Upshaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
