She is survived by: her close friends, Jamie Bush, Mike Land, David Land, Tom Sullivan, Phil Sullivan and Sam Sullivan; her husband Don Sullivan of Colquitt, GA; her children, Ryan Trulock (Renee) of Lake Eufaula, AL and Jayme Smith of Colquitt, GA; her stepdaughter Dona Land (Mike) of Birmingham, AL; her grandchildren, Candice Bush (Jamie), David Land, Ellie Smith and Wilder Smith; her great grandchildren, Avery Bush, Hudson Bush and Bennett Bush; her brother Jeffrey Smith (Julie) of Colquitt, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Paula Smith of Hinesville, GA, Heather Smith of Colquitt, GA, Joe Sullivan of Columbus, OH, Jane Tice of Huntsville, AL and Tom Sullivan (Jan) of Hartford, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
