It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maston O'Neal Phillips Jr. of Colquitt, Georgia, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maston O'Neal Phillips, Sr. and Ruth Donalson Phillips; his son Greg Phillips; his son-in-law Stanley Wade; and his siblings, John Wilson Phillips, Harry Phillips, William "Billy" Phillips, Bobby Phillips, Yvonne Gadson, Myra Strange, Katie Dasher and Dollie Childree.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Willis Phillips (Pat); his children, Ricky Phillips (Melba), Susan Cline (Gene) and Robbie Phillips; his sister Lois Wilbourn; and his grandchildren, Kelly Howard (Daniel), Stacy Hartman (Craig), Missy Wade, Josh Phillips (Alex), Tyler Phillips, Cody Phillips, Kaitlyn Aczon (Joey), Adam Phillips (Taylor), Jordan Dickens and Kalab Phillips (Paige). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In accordance with State of Georgia guidelines concerning the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to maintain the recommended safe social distancing and to wear protective masks.
