It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Luther William Hampton in Colquitt, Georgia, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Luther may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Luther touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther and Lillian Ann Hampton (Brinson); and his sisters, Susan Souls and Angel Connell. He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa Hunter (Shane) and Randall Michael Brogdon (Amy). He is also survived by four nephews; five nieces; and many friends.
