He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hendrix Floyd Sr. and Leila Bell Simpson; his wife Carolyn Emily Floyd; and his siblings, Becky Vick, Bill Floyd and Orena Dupree.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Floyd (Ann) of Dillard and Tobin Floyd (Tammie) of Cumming; his grandsons, Chad Floyd (Erin), Dustin Floyd (Nicole) and Luke Floyd (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Hailey Floyd, Jackson Floyd, Linley Floyd, Cooper Floyd, Griffin Floyd, Mason Collins and Micah Floyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Eldorendo Baptist Church, PO Box 7095, Bainbridge GA 39818 in his memory.
