He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Stafford and Eva Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hallman Stafford; his children, Timothy Stafford (Debbie) of Leesburg and Tanya Stafford Adams (Luke); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Adams and Lucas Griffin Adams Jr. of Savannah, Georgia.; and his sister Jane Stevenson of Savannah.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hopewell United Methodist Church or a favorite charity in honor of Ralph's memory.
