She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lavern Worth and Larston Gay; her children, Jennifer "JJ" Collins and Thomas Collins (Holly); her grandchildren, Heather Jackson, Thomas Collins IV, Kayla Davis, Jacob Kite, Hunter Johnson, Jordan, Hunter Thigpen, Analise Rose and Conner Evans; her sister Terri Barnard; her nephews, Shane Barnard and Robert Wood; her daughters, Tracy Mosley and Susan Johnson; her close friends, Rodney Mulling and Ron Uhlfelder; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Cartrette, Carson Burkett and Thomas Collins V.. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
