He was predeceased by: his parents, Fet McDaniel and Maudie Williams McDaniel; and his wife Dana Kate Alexander McDaniel. He is survived by: his son Brett; his daughter-in-law Ellen McDaniel of Jesup; his granddaughter Emma McDaniel of Reidsville; his close friend Betty Williams of Cobbtown; his siblings-in-law, Dale, Carol Alexander of Collins, Gale and Dan Williams of Kingsland; and his nephew Richard Alexander of North Augusta.
