He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Simpson-Mincey of Collins; his children, Barbara Jean Mincey of Savannah, Ronald Mincey (Erin) of Boston, Debbie Collins (Vance) of Lexington, Reba Mincey of Reidsville and Mark Mincey of Boston, Massachusetts.; his stepchildren, Patricia Mitchell (Jimmy) of Lyons, Rickey Simpson (Gloria) of Athens and Lawanda Sanders (Brian) of Collins, Georgia.; and his siblings-in-law, Junior Smith, Devon Beal, Eva Mincey and Lavern Johnson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
