She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dolphus and Bertie Lee Barrs Mack. She is survived by: her children, Jane Helmey (Arnold), Peggy P. Anaya (Justo), Jack L. Paul (Wanda) and Donna P. Polk (Charlie); her grandchildren, Frances White, Blaine Anaya, Josh Paul, Emily Paul, Jennifer Paul, Jenna Clemens and Anna Bockman; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Mack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
