It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick Thompson III of Coleman, Georgia, born in Edison, Georgia, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Henry Thompson, II and Hazel Shiver Bush. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gleaton Thompson of Coleman; his daughters, Tamara Taylor (Scott) of Coleman, Valerie Dunning of Savannah, Amye Murdock (Bill) of Coleman and Suzette Taylor (Eric) of Eufaula, AL; his sister Linda Kolbie (Jimmy) of Pelham; his grandchildren, Ashley Murdock (Jay), Patrick Dunning, Drew Taylor (Jessica), Tyler Dunning, Will Murdock, Brooke Taylor, Kelly Rice (Tyler), Kathryn Todd (Dalton), Grayson Middleton and Gleaton Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Mac Hathorn, Lleyton Dunning, Jerry Dunning, Ella Todd, Emma Todd, Sarah Dunning and Josie Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
