He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Giles. He is survived by: his mother Louella Tate Mattox; his children, Michael Thomas Giles (Ashley Giles) of Lexington, Melinda Lee Lane (Joseph Lane) of Colbert, Matthew Paul Giles of Lexington and Mitchell James Giles (Destiny) of Lexington; his stepdaughter Mellisa Hicks; his stepfather Roy Mattox of Lexington; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Giles of Louisiana and Johnathan Henry "Johnny" Giles of Colbert; his grandchildren, Rileigh, Raina, Rosetta, Raylan, Trey, Trent, Taylan, Triston, Tyler, Persephone, Alister and Eizen; his niece Crystal Dugas; his nephews, Jonathan Giles and David Giles; and his pet Shovelhead.
Flowers are accepted and contributions may be made in his memory to the Tommy Giles Go Fund Me benefit account.
