He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holcomb and Gertrude Atkinson Holcomb; his daughter Sandra Denise Holcomb; and his siblings, John W. Holcomb, Ernestine Windon and Jereleen Stutler.
He is survived by: his wife Edna O. Holcomb of Colbert; his children, David C. Holcomb (Barbara) of West Point, Utah, Michael T. Holcomb (Susan) and Janet H. Lance (Kurk); and his sister Kathleen Kus (Don) of King's Mountain. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
