We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2022, at the age of 80, Rufus McCannon of Colbert, Georgia, born in Oglethorpe, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rufus McCannon to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnie McCannon and Mae Bell McCannon; his wife Mary Collins McCannon; his great grandchild Annabelle Grace Jordan; and his siblings, Warren Mell McCannon, Marshall McCannon and Iris Holloman Gunnells.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Hale (Marc) and Allen McCannon; his grandchildren, Kasey Jordan (Adam), Kaitlyn Harris (Kellen), Andrew McCannon (Caleigh) and Gavin McCannon; and his great grandchildren, Addy and Byron Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, the McCannon Family would like for donations be made to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in honor of Mac McCannon.
