He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Price and Mary Bracewell Price. He is survived by: his wife Beverly McCurley Price of Colbert; and his children, Becky Donnelly of Acworth, Casey King of Nicholson, Katie King of Athens and Brandie Price of Crawford. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
