He is survived by: his children, Courtney Kelley, Riquavious Kelley, RiQuala Kelley and Rictavious Kelley; his mother Mary Lean Wymbs Kelley; and his siblings, David Williams, John Dexter Kelley, Rhonda Marie Kelley, James Michael Kelley, Tracey R. Kelley, Ron O. Kelley, Reginald L. Kelley, Sharon Grant and Cynthia Patman. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
