It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Melba Fields of Colbert, Georgia, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer P Brown and Clara K Brown (George Fields); her child Willie M Alewine (Buck); her siblings, Homer P Brown Jr. and Lunette West; her children, Brenda Wimburn, William Alewine (Bill) and Johnny P Alewine; her grandson Lee Wimburn; and her great grandchildren, Candace and Chasity Wimburn.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara A Peterman, Frankie A McDonald (Harrison) and Floyd Alewine (Buddy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
