She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" James Culbertson; and her parents, Eugene Mann and Dena Sorrow Mann. She is survived by: her children, Ed Culbertson (Glenda) of Colbert and Rachel Craven of Smyrna. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or St. Mary's Hospice House.
