Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joseph Turner McGarity of Colbert, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 83, on April 26, 2022. He was predeceased by : his parents, J. Walton McGarity and Lucile Turner McGarity; and his son Keith. He is survived by : his wife Gwendolyn Flora Hall of Elberton; his daughter Tracy Renee of Hull; his son-in-law David Coker of Comer; his grandson Cody Coker (Tara) of Ila; his great grandchildren, Amelia and Claire; his brother Charles; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine McGarity of Winterville and Ronald Hall of Elberton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Flowers are welcome and donations may be made in his memory to Sandy Cross Baptist Church.
