He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth and Gladys Norman Waggoner; and his wife Janice Ann Morris Waggoner. He is survived by: his daughters, Janeese Angela Waggoner and Alisa Waggoner Shiflet; his grandsons, James Austin Shiflet and Peyton Morris Shiflet; and his sister Elaine Waggoner Huff (Dennie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, masks and social distancing are required.
