He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Guy and Sarah Margaret Foley (Yale); and his sister Dr. Melva Foley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Foley (Richardson); his children, Barbara Ann Foley Droy of Baton Rouge, LA, Charles William Foley II, Elizabeth Diane Kunz of Fort Mill, SC and David Yale Foley of Lynn Haven, FL; his sister Rev. Avis Richardson; his grandchildren, Shauna Claxton, Lyndsay Thompson, Jordan Droy, Joshua Droy, Brandon Yale Droy, Mary Katherine Kunz, Cari Kemble, Jonathan David Foley, Charles William Foley III, Rebekah True Foley and Caden Yale Foley; and his great grandchildren, Jack Thompson, Grace Thompson, Lilly Thompson, Dahlia Droy, Scarlett Droy, Roman Yale Claxton and Tauren Droy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
