He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tyra and Marie Vaughn Mundy. He is survived by: his wife Llona'Lynn'Henry Mundy; his sister Martha Mundy Spriggs (JM); his stepsons, Phillip S. Elsey, Jr. (Vicki), Matthew Jason Elsey and Charles L. Elsey (Deborah); his grandchildren, Jonathon Hardesty (Julie), Jared Elsey (Rochelle), Samantha Elsey-Fowler (Toby) and Michael Dixon; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Elsey, Ava Elsey, Thomas Hardesty, Blakely and Brooklyn Shelton.
