He was predeceased by: his parents, Erby Ralph Clack, Jr. and Geraldine Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara B. Clack; his daughters, Dawn Dove (Richie) and Sheri Smith (Bruce); his granddaughter Bethany Williams (Karl); his siblings, Brian Clack and Barbara Sharpe (Carlton); his grandchildren, Caitlin Phillips (Noah), Coleton Dove and Halee Gillespie (Luke); and his great grandchild Landon Carter Gillispie.
