He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Aldridge; his parents, Silas Aldridge and Odell Aldridge; and his grandson Alexander Smith. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Chris Smith (Rhonda) and Connie Reed; his grandchildren, Ashley Ewton (Chris), Blake Smith (Candace) and Tyler Smith; and his siblings, Wayne Aldridge (Faye) and Shana Wright (Jim). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
