He is survived by: his wife Tina Caldwell; his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Emily Pratt; his daughters, Tiffany Caldwell and Kisha Mowery; his parents, Shorty Caldwell and Dianne Riddle; his sister Lisa; his brother-in-law Bruce Jones; his brothers, Andy (Gina Riddle) and Tony (Gabby Caldwell); his grandchildren, Caylor, Easton, Skybree, Ashlyn, Brantley and Bryson; his nieces and nephews, Charles and Jackie Patterson; and his close friend Kevin Brown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other special friends.
Memorial contributions in his honor can be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
