He is survived by: his wife Caroline Chastain; his children, Jason (Maria Chastain), Keith (Amanda Chastain), Chris Patton of Cohutta, GA and Amber Chastain of Cohutta, GA; his brothers, Wayne (Roberta Chastain), Larry (Tracy Chastain), Donnie (Tracy Chastain) and Ronnie Chastain of Tunnel Hill, GA; and his grandchildren, Caden, Conner, Cassian, Jakoby, Jaxin, Braxtin and Cora. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
