He was predeceased by: his parents, Tate Cochran and Flossie Hawkins Cochran; and his brother Waymond Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cochran; his children, Cathaleen Miller of Cohutta, GA, Jason Cochran of Chattanooga, TN, Luke Cochran of Canada, Monty Sanford of Cohutta, GA, Charles Sanford Jr. of Chatsworth, GA and Brandon Cochran of Chattanooga, TN; his siblings, Marlin Cochran of Cohutta, GA and Yvonne Mullinax of Dalton, GA; his grandchildren, Brandon, Coby, Isaiah, Ocoee, Michael and Jazzmin; and his great grandchild Kylee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
