Oglethorpe, Kayla (Jamey Dean) and Paige Thompson of Cohutta; his siblings, David (Jessie Pierce), Harold Pierce of Chatsworth, Wendell (Donna Pierce), Freddie (Sheila Pierce), Carmen Fernandez of Ellijay and Angela (Brian Groenhout); his grandchildren, Willie, Mason, Maddie, Isac, Tanner, Jordan, Eli, Leah and Braxton; and his great grandchild Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
