He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Shults and Amy Chastain (Charlie); his grandchildren, Marla Chastain and Christopher Shults; his mother Ina Shults; the mother of his children Deborah Shults; his brother Glenn; his sister-in-law Sandra Shults; his sisters, Ann (Silas Stewart), Debbie (Steve Clayton), Melba (Randy Gazaway) and Teresa (Joe West); and his sister-in-law Regina Shults. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
