With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W. Parrott (Cohutta, Georgia), who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John W. Parrott to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin Lewis Parrott and Jesse Wahlice Parrott. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Parrott; his children, Sandra Parrott Michaud (Christopher Michaud) of Atlanta, GA and John G. Parrott (Veronica) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Joshua Michaud, Victoria and Madeleine Parrott; and his siblings, Roger Parrott of Venay, IN and Carol Phillips of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cohutta First Baptist Church (103 King St, Cohutta, GA 30710). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
