He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fincher and Mamie Sue Fincher; and his former wife Pamela Nunley Fincher. He is survived by: his wife Maria Stephens Fincher; his children, Jeremy (Tabatha Fincher), Nathan (Faleedra Fincher), Malinda (Brandon Grant), Denise (Richard Edmondson) and Montana (Marcus Lolley); and his siblings, Willie Sue Brown, Freddie (Linda Fincher), J. C. (Birdie Fincher) and Jimmy (Nancy Fincher). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
