He is survived by: his wife Fay Finley; his children, James Finley, Jr. of Cleveland, TN and Sandra Flood (Terry) of Chatsworth, GA; his stepchildren, David Goforth of Polk County, TN and Patty Bear; his grandchildren, Robert Lynn (Amy) of Cleveland, TN, James Finley, III (Stephanie) of Cleveland, TN, Brandon Flood (Mary Beth) of Hahira, GA and Brittany Flood of Chatsworth, GA; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah and Hannah Lynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
