She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ogle and Mary Ogle; her husband R. L. Shults; her sons, Bruce Shults and Mack Shults; and her siblings, Clyde Ownby, Rellie Ogle, Ray Ogle (Dot Ogle), Winnie Ensley, Nellie Roberts and Josie Starks.
She is survived by: her children, Ann (Silas Stewart), Debbie (Steve Clayton), Melba (Randy Gazaway), Teresa (Joe West) and Glenn; her daughters-in-law, Sandra Shults and Regina Shults of Rocky Face; her brother Homer Ogle of Beaverdale; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Shults, Mack Shults, Marie Shults and Berneice Keefe. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
