He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewell Kell and Cleo Gravely Kell. He is survived by: his wife Jean Mullinax Kell; his children, Ryan Williams of Ringgold, Georgia and Christy Rogers of East Ridge, Tennessee; his stepchildren, Charles and Veronica Woodman; his siblings, Linda Bailey of Cohutta, Bobby (Velma Kell) and Jesse (Kay Kell); his sisters-in-law, Glenda Zumstein (Hoyt Culberson) of Calhoun and Lisa Morris (Charles) of Georgetown, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Tori Moree (Nathan), Avery (Emily Rogers), Veronica Woodman (David), Melody and Rose (James Layne); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter, Noah, Tymber and Titan Woodman; and his nephew Daniel Zumstein. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
