He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Williams of Cohutta, GA and Mayford Williams; and his parents-in-law, Oswell and Rema Sexton of Madisonville, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Sexton Williams; his son Matt; his daughter-in-law Cristinia Williams of Cohutta, GA; his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Barry Ownby of Cohutta, GA; his siblings, Wayne Joyce of Cohutta, GA and Jane Williams of Cohutta, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Curtis, Carol Sexton of Lake City, TN, Kay Tallent of Vonore, TN, Ray, Courtney Sexton of Memphis, TN, Dwight and Jane Sexton of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
