He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Farrar and Freda Farrar; and his son Mark Farrar. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Farrar of Cohutta; his daughters, Debbie Stanton (Randy) of Cohutta and Connie Parmer (Wayne) of Cairo, GA; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Farrar of Cohutta; his siblings-in-law, Jim and Pat Smith of Chipley, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Farrar, Thomas Farrar, Christopher Stanton (Heather), Tyler Stanton (Shannon), Ryan Parmer (Katie), Hunter Parmer (Kara), Austin Parmer (Katelyn) and Jake Parmer; his great grandchildren, Will Stanton, Reese Stanton, Ellie Parmer and Sawyer Parmer; his nephew Jamie Smith; and his great-niece Emily Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to Salem Baptist Church missions.
