He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Dick" Williams and Myrtle Williams; his former wife Donna Ward Williams; and his brothers, Jerry Williams, Marvin Williams and Richard Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Shields Williams; and his children, Curtis Williams (Angie) of Cohutta, Cheryl Welch (Michael) of Rocky Face and Chad Williams of Ringgold. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
